How much does Deelo Shops cost?
Three monthly plans on a launch offer: Starter ₹399 (was ₹699), Growth ₹699 (was ₹999) and Pro ₹999 (was ₹1,499), all + 18% GST. Bill monthly or yearly and cancel anytime.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Starter comes with a 30-day free trial. Growth and Pro both start with 3 months free. No setup fee and no contract.
Do I need to use Deelo delivery?
No. On Starter and Growth you deliver with your own staff or delivery partners. Pro adds dedicated Deelo delivery runners — with auto-dispatch and priority runners — so Deelo delivers every order for you.
What is the difference between Growth and Pro?
Growth is online ordering with your own delivery: storefront, online payments, coupons, WhatsApp updates and B2B GST bills. Pro is online ordering with Deelo delivery runners, plus 2 shops, same-day delivery up to 100 km, the marketing engine, automatic payouts, a dedicated account manager and 1 hr priority support.
Can customers order online?
Yes, on Growth and Pro. Customers order from the Deelo app, the web and your own storefront. Starter is for running your counter and walk-in orders.
Can I sell through my own online storefront?
Yes. Growth gives your shop its own online storefront; on Pro every shop you run gets one.
Can I use Deelo for walk-in billing?
Yes, on every plan. Register the customer by phone, take cash, UPI or card, and the order sits alongside your online orders — searchable, refundable and ready for a statement.
Do I pay a fee on walk-in orders?
No. Walk-in and counter orders carry a 0% fee on every plan.
Is there a fee on online orders?
On Growth and Pro, each online order carries a 10% fee. Walk-in orders stay at 0%.
Can I manage multiple shops?
Starter and Growth cover 1 shop. Pro covers 2 shops from the same login, each with its own online storefront.
Can I sell across India?
Growth and Pro can sell and ship across India, where delivery to the customer’s area is available. Nationwide orders are paid online.
Does Deelo help my shop appear on Google and AI search?
Yes. On Growth your storefront is built for SEO, AEO and GEO — so Google and AI assistants can read and surface it. Pro adds priority SEO and a featured spot on AI search. No one can honestly guarantee a ranking, and we don’t.
How do I get paid?
Online payments settle to your bank on T+1 (Cashfree-powered); on Pro, payouts go out automatically. Cash and walk-in UPI come straight to you and are tracked on the dashboard.
Which cities does Deelo cover?
